My focus today went to wrist exercise and trying to strengthen that foot into the ground feeling. I want to have a firm placement, but I just don't have the flexibility yet. So, I'm still really not good with getting my foot fully placed against the ground. #runnerscalves That is something that I would like to see changed by the end of this.
