My yoga space is quick to set up. Today my 8th graders helped me move desks before they headed off to lunch. I looked at the clock, felt my rumbling belly, and thought, "only 10 minutes, I got this!" I checked out at @mr.jarc post for the suggested yoga for today. Looks simple enough, except I loathe push up type stuff. #gravity I focused on breathing and keeping my elbows tucked in as I moved towards the floor. I'm noticing that I tend to hold my breath which is not good. So, I'm working on that. I also noticed that me heels didn't go anywhere near as flat as they could. Also, something to work on. I enjoyed my quick break. I have goals for tomorrow! #100daysofyoga #sihs100days
